How MKLabs AI Architect collects, uses and protects your data.

Who we are

MKLabs AI Architect is built and operated by MKLabs, a UK digital agency (mklabs.co.uk). This policy explains how we handle personal and business data when you use this tool. Contact: hello@mklabs.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use the blueprint wizard, we collect the business information you provide — business name, industry, employee count, revenue range, budget range, your current challenges and goals, decision-maker details, and your name and email address. If you book a call or request a proposal, we collect your contact details and any message you send.

Why we collect it

To generate your AI implementation blueprint report, to follow up about the report if you've asked us to, and to scope any project you enquire about. We don't use this information for anything beyond that without asking first.

How your data is processed

To generate your blueprint, the business details you submit are sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Google's Gemini via a secure API gateway) to produce the report content. This is processed securely and is not used by the AI provider to train their models on your data beyond standard API processing. Your data is stored in Supabase, our database provider, and we send you emails via Resend, our email delivery service.

Analytics

We do not currently use third-party analytics tracking on this site.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for signed-in users (client portal / dashboard access) via Supabase Auth. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — email hello@mklabs.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your blueprint and enquiry data for as long as needed for our business relationship with you, and delete it on request.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally; the latest version will always be here.
